Put On Your Armor
Would you ever leave your house without clothing? The obvious answer is, “Of course not!” Physical clothing is not an optional item. This, however, is not always the case with spiritual clothing. There have been many times I left my house without dressing spiritually. This left me exposed and vulnerable to whatever obstacles I faced in my day.
Ephesians 6 encourages us to put on the whole armor of God so we can protect ourselves against the devil’s schemes. If we are going to live a victorious life as a believer we must dress spiritually with truth, righteousness, the word of God, faith, and our salvation.
